Residential complexes and mixed-use urban spaces are, in our view, central components of a living, holistic, and sustainable urban environment.

 

We see housing not only as a solution to the basic need for a roof, but as an existential-daily space that directly affects the quality of life, the sense of community, and human connections.

High-quality residential planning must take into account complex systems of transportation, open spaces, community services, and commercial and cultural activities. This is only possible with a deep understanding of the broad urban connections and the constant interaction between the private and the public.

 

The studio emphasizes creating visual spatial continuity between the built and public spaces, and designing diverse spaces – whether private, semi-public, or public – that encourage community life, social interaction, and informal use of space. Our approach emphasizes mixed-use as a tool for strengthening urban resilience and preventing single-purpose planning, while balancing urban intensity with quality of life, accessibility to services, and integration between populations.

 

We are engaged in the planning of new residential neighborhoods, urban renewal, and the planning of mixed-use structures that include residences, commerce, employment, and public services, out of a commitment to the principles of sustainable planning, proper urban functioning, and human architecture that respects the user and his environment.
