In our view, quality urban planning is a complex and multidimensional undertaking that goes beyond the physical and regulatory constraints. We see the planning process as a lever for designing sustainable urban spaces that promote spatial justice, community resilience, and an intelligent integration between the needs of the present and the challenges of the future.

 

Our approach is based on the integration of diverse fields of knowledge – architecture, infrastructure, environment, transportation, and community – and the adherence to the principles of sustainable planning. We strive to create mixed-use urban spaces that are walkable, flexible, and enhance diversity, integrating public transportation while making intelligent use of resources and preserving the natural and cultural landscape. 

 

The studio is committed to dialogue with the public and the authorities and operates with sensitivity to cultural social values. We use urban design to strengthen local urban identity and as a catalyst for improving quality of life. 

 

The studio is involved in the creation of master plans, policy documents and local and regional statutory plans, covering hundreds of thousands of square meters throughout the country.
